In the preliminary drawing phase, you’ll review the front elevation and floor plans of your new home with the architect and builder.

We encourage you to take at least a week to look over the plans on your own — it's an important step, and your feedback matters.

Once you’ve had time to reflect, we’ll meet to discuss any revisions you'd like to make. From there, the architect will either update the drawings or begin preparing the final construction documents.

Once your preliminary drawings are finalized and construction drawings begin, the selection phase kicks off — one of the most exciting parts of the process.

We maintain a trusted network of vendors and showrooms where you can choose everything from countertops and flooring to fixtures and finishes. You'll receive a curated list of recommended companies that align with your style, needs, and budget.

Our team is always available to assist with selections — whether you prefer full guidance or just a bit of support along the way.

This pre-selection phase is essential. It helps us understand your vision in greater detail and allows us to provide the most accurate and comprehensive proposal for your new home.

Detailed drawings and specifications are prepared to ensure accuracy and bring your vision to life exactly as planned.

This step allows us to gather competitive bids from subcontractors and ensures that every element of your home is thoughtfully considered and executed with precision.

Throughout this phase, we’ll work closely with you to set priorities, clarify expectations, and review costs — so there are no surprises, only satisfaction.

Once the construction drawings are finalized, we begin gathering detailed pricing and prepare a comprehensive proposal that outlines every cost associated with building your dream home.

When the proposal is ready, we’ll review it with you thoroughly and make adjustments as needed to ensure everything aligns with your vision and budget.

At this stage, we’ll also take care of the necessary paperwork to meet all legal and financial requirements. Our team will walk you through each part of the contract so that you feel confident and fully informed before moving forward.
