Bay Village - Lake Road

We demolished a house in May to start construction on this beautiful house on Lake Road. We start framing the end of June and are excited to use Nudura ICF for the foundation, 1st and 2nd Floor exterior walls.

The lot was cleared in mid June and we start excavation the end of June.

We are excited to start construction on a new house in Avon. This beautiful house was designed by Arcus Group for a great family. We are currenlty in the process of submitting plans with the City of Avon.
