Bay Village - Lake Road


We’re excited to share that we’re nearing completion of this beautiful home! This project marks our first build using Nudura ICF for the foundation and the exterior walls on both the first and second floors—a milestone in energy efficiency and durability. The main floor is currently being painted, and countertops are being installed as we bring the finishing details together. Our homeowners have been incredible to work with throughout the process, and we can’t wait to reveal the final result. It’s been truly rewarding to watch the stunning design by SMC Interior Design come to life!

Avon - Jaycox Road

Progress continues on this stunning project!


Last week, we wrapped up landscaping, which now beautifully frames the incredible views of the manmade pond beside our very first pole barn. The exterior of the home is complete, and this week we’ve started installing cabinets inside.



In the coming weeks, we’ll begin laying the wood floors—bringing us one step closer to the finished home!

We’re getting close to securing the engineering permit, which means demolition and lot clearing will be starting soon. This property is absolutely beautiful, and we’re thrilled to be building another custom home in such a great location.
