Two years ago, we were thinking about building our dream home. Empty lots were available very near to us, and we decided to walk through a home being built by Justin Orley. During the walk through, we met a subcontractor. Unsolicited, the subcontractor told us that Justin Orley was the best builder he had ever worked for and he further said that he had worked “for all of them”. This sentiment was repeated with 2 other subcontractors, again, unsolicited by us. We decided to pull the trigger and 18 months later we moved into our dream house. Justin was fair and honest. We knew our pricing up front-it was realistic and included generous allowances. Along the way there were many questions and a few minor problems. All were handled in a professional, expedient manner. Our new home is absolutely perfect- Justin took care of every detail. We have complete trust in Justin and he has continued to be responsive after the move with the small details associated with new construction. We have built before and we certainly di not enjoy the experience! With Justin, it was very different and we actually enjoyed the process and love the results. We found a place we wanted to build during a tumultuous pandemic that changed the world. Tight labor issues, disruption in inventory and transportation, and all of it in an inflationary environment made us anxious. Justin made it simple and honest, and it worked. He helped us every way possible starting with transparency in costs and timing as well as options he would advise that we didn’t think of, but always respected our decisions. Being out of state was not an issue. Justin was available for us when we came in town and was flexible on how we communicated. We were able to meet with many of his trade subcontractors who spoke with admiration about his work ethic and passion for quality work that meets and often exceeds the deliverable requirements on the job. The end output was not only a very satisfied client but exceeded the expectation of everyone involved..…including himself. We love our beautiful new home.
